(note been using this heavily as you may have noticed, Still very impressed even if nothing changes, Great program)
When I selected a parent tag then a child tag from another category it does not appear to filter with the other category.
ie
Holidays (Parent Tag not a category)
Child tag Fiji Trip (i wish)
Family (Parent Tag Not a category)
Child Tag Kids
Child Tag Us
If I select Kids and Fiji then I get all pictures of the Kids in Fiji (okay, good).
If I select Family I get All photos of Us and the Kids (okay, good)
But If I then select Fiji I get all pictures of the Family AND Fiji rather than a combination of both.
Am I just looking at it wrong?
Note I tried also to Drag the Family and the Fiji Tags into complex search and it also doesnt work as I expect it (without worked).

By default when mixing tags with children and other tags in one query the condition is set to 'OR' instead of 'AND', this is because usually when I select 'Family' I would like to see all images that contains family members and not only pictures that contains all family members.
The only way to do it is by using the complex search using the And/ Or option, Use the With(And) section for the 'Fiji Trip' tag and the With(Or) for the 'Family' tag. The Complex search works in 3 passes through the sections every time adding another filter so this should work.

The ALT + click sounds like a nice option , I will do some more testing and try to give this, a reasonable solution
