New to forums so hope I'min right place.

Can't get "Help" to print screen cuts only the text.

Probably me doing something wrong. Could somebody advise.

Hi,

The text in the "Help" pages prints OK.By screen cuts I mean the pictures of what you should  see

on the monitor screen which are alongside the text. Some pages print  fully, but some only print the text,

no images altho they are displayed. Had to use HP Print Screen program.

Turned off Kaspersky Internet Security briefly ,just in case but no change.

Running Windows XP Home SP2.
