In the meanwhile I've changed it so if the file was allready moved then the database will still be updated,
I will wait for the next version and implement something more robust.

Thanks, works perfectly for the scenario above. Exactly what was needed.
Just another feature idea -- moving (physical and "virtual") the whole folder or hierarchy of selected folders from "folders" view.
