Yes you are right,
It's a proxy authentication issue, that I didn't cover,
let me check that out, And I'll post a fix in a couple of days.

Just a small question,
Are you entering a password when you first accessing your browser?
or are you using a certificate of some sort?
I've uploaded a beta version that includes the proxy settings
The version can be downloaded from: CodePlex
The proxy settings can be accessed from: Tools->Options->Application Settings menu.
Please tell me how this works for you.
