I'm nor sure about what you mean by 'Save'
Sorting is set via the pop-up box at the top right hand side of the main screen.
There is no way of sorting by tags (tags are filters),
You can select the tags you wish to filter by (using the chacboxes) and the display will be sorted by the value in the Sort pup-up.
