Sorry this looks like a silly bug(I thought that I took care of it), I'll get a fix soon.

In the mean time you can change the settings manually by editing the userSettings.config file under C:\documents and Settings\_USER_\Local Settings\Application Data\MyPhotoIndex

Change en-US in <DefaultLanguage>en-US</DefaultLanguage>  to  en-GB

This should do the trick,
