Hi lilia,

Sorry for the slow response, (just got back from a Business trip).

In order to add new tags, just right click on any of the existing tags (Others for instance) and click on add new tag to..., now change the name from 'New Tag' to any name you like and press the ok icon (the green V).

Now the new tag should appear and can be dragged and dropped on your images.

Categories (like Others category can't be dragged).
