Auto-updating?

So you import your photos and you tag them.

Then you perhaps decide to delete a couple of photos but instead of doing it in the indexer you do it in folders.

The ones you've deleted are still in the indexer. Even though they don't exist on the computer.

If you re-import that file they remain, but it tells you it didn't import any because the remaining ones still exist as well.

Is this supposed to auto-update? Have I failed to set something? Or is this a bug and it should update when you open?

Re: Auto-updating?

Hi,

images removed from disk are not removed automatically from the index, this is due to some people would like to use removable media to store their images. in the next version (1.18 available in beta currently) the missing images should be marked with a '?' sign on the screen so you can see which images are missing.

Have you tried to re-import the images from the original location?

Asaf.
